Returns & Exchanges

At The Impound, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
